We are a real shop with real people behind it, we try our best to get your order out as soon as possible. We aim to ship within 24 hours of an order being placed.

Our in store stock is available while you are shopping online and sometimes the stock may not be available to dispatch. This doesn't happen often but we will contact you straight away so we can have a happy outcome.

If your purchase is made overnight before the store is open - our online order takes precedence - and will be shipped that day.  

Your order will also have a tracking number so you will know when your gorgeous purchase will be at your door.

PO. BOX, YES!  we do deliver to PO Boxes within Australia.

  • Australia Post is used unless otherwise stated - you will be provided with a tracking number once despatched.
  • EXPRESS POST option is within the Australia Post Network - is faster than standard and is not next day - only to postcodes stated by Australia Post Network when posted from Coffs Harbour    ( express network )  Having Express Post will still be quicker than normal tracking satchel.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars

  • No exchange or refund available on items that are discounted or are sale items.

  • Store collection is a great option for our customers in the Northern Beaches area - we hold our stock in an off site store room as well as the physical shop. So allow up to 24 hours for collection, we contact you as soon as it is ready to collect.
  • INTERNATIONAL postage - please click on ' Quote International Shipping via Australia Post ' at checkout under your country title. We will then send an email quoting postage and a link to pay. If you are not happy with postage costs we will refund the order for you.
  • If the goods are faulty (it is rare but it can happen), a replacement will be arranged and shipped free of charge.

  • Harmony does have unique ranges and sometimes we only have one item of one particular Label so when it sells it is gone forever!

  • In the cases where an item you have requested is no longer available, you will be contacted and offered other products or a refund.
