Store Collection

If you wish to collect your order in store, email us after the order is completed and we will arrange for you. The postage charge will be refunded once the items are collected. 

Returns 

All returns are done through our online return page, here you will receive an approval number.  Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.  We can not REFUND gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) -  such as - 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 12 days after delivery.

 

Exchanges 

Harmony will not exchange as it gets messy with the inventory what we suggest is you return the original order for a refund. Then purchase the item/ size you are needing as soon as possible so you don't miss out.

Customer is responsible for all return postage.

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged, or we can provide a refund.

Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within a couple of days of the refund email, we suggest contacting your bank directly.

If you paid via Afterpay or Zippay you will need to contact them as the refund is completed on their platform.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded.
